Return Process: Follow these simple steps to return an item to Artful Bookbinder
- Please send an email to us, letting us know of your intent to return an item To assist us in improving our service and quality, please note the reason for your return.
- Your item must be in new condition (not used) and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
- We will provide you with instructions on returning the item.
Please Note:
The item returned properly under this policy is eligible for a refund or exchange as requested by the customer. If a refund is desired, you will be reimbursed in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to be shipped back to Artful Bookbinder, processed and the refund to be returned to you. Return Postage will be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made in shipping.
